We should use the 2 trillion for next generation jobs like 3d printing manufacturing, next generation healthcare system, ok with electric grid upgrade cause right now it's security risk, next generation hi tech school system US schools completed unprepared for remote learning, invest in artificial intelligence, scale down military spending and reinvest domestically…. basically more money should be invested in next generation systems that will create jobs and innovation and less on maintenance or else we will continue to fall behind to China and jobs will keep leaving the US
