6. "So you ship the cats?" I guess you don't know that animals are shipped every day. There are shipping companies just for animals. Airlines used to be used a lot, but usually now you need some kind of assistance from a broker. Some companies have a "Pet Nanny" that flies with the dog or cat. It is actually a thing.

18. You spend so much time making these videos but don't subtitle the phone call that is very difficult to hear, then you distort the next one – but why? The person obviously works at the pet store and who would recognise a voice anyway, and even if they did, what issues would that raise?
