It could well be editing and camera amgles, but that does look rather unorganized with little clinical systematic approach. Because of the camera angle at 1:10, you can't see anybody adequately oxygenating and ventilating the patient prior to Naloxone administration. Nor does a cardiac monitor or sats monitor seem to be connected early in the job either. How effective is intranasal narcan compared to IM/IV administration? Is the onset time similar? Other evening a woman over dosed on the sidewalk. A passing vagrant raped her. They gave her two narcan shots. She got up and staggered off into the night.
