38. (Kinda new to this) ok so i was looking to get my car tuned , from factory the turbo is pushing about 12 pounds of and i wanted to turn that up to about 20 pounds. Does the tuner do that or do i need to purchase an electric/manual boost controller also before going to a tuner?
