The US version of the S3 has 2GB's of ram. It's only the international versions of the S3 that have 1GB's of ram.

I have a s3 and s4 and I love both.
S3 is the best smartphone in the history despite all the new features in s4 .

s3 vs s4 is like the iphone 4 vs 4s, no real difference. s2 vs s3 was where the real gains happened.
It's not a huge difference, I mean of course its faster and the 2GB of RAM is a nice addition too, but your certainly pay for it.
why not get the s4, s3 in my opinion is like the iphone 3gs and the s4 is like the iphone 4, real difference

When i got my phone the s4 had come out that week. So the galaxy s3 was only $25 and the s4 is the basically the same. I love my galaxy so much more freedom than a crap iphone.
