Its true that you can not move apps to SD card on this phone. And it really is annoying.
4GB memory is a lie from samsung. Actually it is 1 Gb and no way to move apps to sdcard.
@cave321 depends on what perspective you are looking from. Remember that he said this isnt the phone with best performance but it definitely is tough.
"Takes a good photo, especially in good light"
– which is true of all cameras.
Its true. Its the worst andoid ever!
Not exactly, it hasn't got USB OTG, for one thing, screen isn't Super AMOLED, on 4GB of "internal storage", which is not good… the SIM is standard size rather than mini.
HI. How do you means "download custom apps for it"?
The measly 1GB of RAM and the "4GB" of internal storage is a BIG issue. The 4GB is full of OS and Samsung stuff Ilike ChatOn.
Worst of all is the fact that apps can't be moved to the (up to 32GB) miscroSD card, and that sucks. The maker of CameraPro didn't realize this and I have had to drop all plans of using Firefox for Android because I'd be forced to delete 4-5 other apps to fit it on the phone. YOu can't delete the Samsung apps like e.g. ChatOn…
I have the xcover 2 and its way better than xcover
Can you delete some of the apps that come installed to make more space if you need it?
Samsung is not telling, Samsung is guaranteeing. Everything over that marks, and you do it on your own risk. Most of the time you will be lucky, but not everytime.
Mass Storage and some apps, not all.
Apps can be installed to SD card, but that is only worth it if the app is big and has no need to be integrated into the system for services and the app has to support it to work best. Does not leave many apps.
Still 4gb is for many people more than enough, and the SD card slot gives you at least for mass storage huge removable space. Personally I prefer 4gb and 32gb sd over 8gb, but would prefer a 16gb device.
Really? What can you use the SD card for then? Photos and music?
Serious question, I'm a smartphone noobie.
I have one. Biggest problem is memory, of the 4gb, you can only use about 700mb. Apps cannot be installed on sd card. But a great phone in all other ways, surprisingly fast, much faster than the Xperia go.
ive seen a video and is up to 4 m waterproof. so much more than samsung tells.
It's it waterproof???
That looks nice.
Ive dropped my Gs3 so many damn times and the screen still has no damn scratches and the phone has not broken. I admit it has scuff marks on the rims but my phone still looks new, probably cause i take care of it, i dont drop it on purpose, lol

and when it falls, bam, broken.
Xperia Z… nuff said
How will it compare to the Kyocera Torque? 🙂
So this is basically a Samsung Galaxy s3 Mini in a tough shell.
Xperia ZR is a better choice.
This is galaxy S with Dual core processor…
Galaxy s3 mini with steroids
get the xperia z or the zr instead, actually rugged yet beautiful and premuim
almost the same specs as the galaxy s advance
