  1. My son is a 4th generation medic. He's also a firefighter. My son-in -law runs a municipal fire garage. Honorable jobs. Couldn't be prouder, The firefighter"s daughter has started nursing school and another granddaughter is studying for speech therapy and audiology, like I said, I couldn't be prouder.

  2. How have I not known about this show? This reminds me of that old show Rescue 911 with William Shatner that I was obsessed with as a kid. They had a Pinball machine based on the show, with the little helicopter that picks up the ball…anyone?

  3. It takes a big man to take that big of a step!! My father and cousin went threw the same thing.. almost lost them.. so glad he is taking his life back from that rediculace drug!!

  4. I really want give the guy a hug. He is honorable to really want to quit. I love that they really listened and felt him when he said no needles.

  5. congratulations Titus. You earned and Deserved that award. keep saving lives and livin life. hope to see you in more episodes. LETS GO PARAMEDICS

  6. Dan your ny hero in the way you treated the man getting clean! There so needs to be more people in the medicial community just like you. Many do not have the right training or they let their own feelings interfere with how they treat a patient. So as a recovering addict of 8 years THANK YOU! 😘

  7. This hit home man. Props. Life is so amazing. I hope he gets to see that so he won't ever want to go back. I did.

  8. I always wondered why Titus always drove and Dan did the work in the back,I never knew there was different levels of being a medic. I learned something..and about the guy wanting off heroin. If any of you been there research Kratom,it's a tree that grows in the Indonesia area that the alkoloids actually bond to your opiate receptors. Many addicts kicked heroin without treatment using this herb, you make tea with it. It had addictive potential but it's more like a caffeine/nicotine type. A lot better than opioids, meds Drs give for addicts are narcotics and can be abused to. Kratom is a much safer route, could save your life! Did me

  9. This was so awesome …..Congratulations TITUS XOXO'S 😊🤗❣❤💙

  10. The person who is reading this is going to have a good day or night and if you did commet on this vid❤❤❤❤❤😍😍

  11. Congrats Titus! Paramedic is one helluva title that only a select few hold. Great work, way to climb up and best of luck on your next chapter

  12. The holistic twist especially crack because soccer ultrasonographically promise notwithstanding a bright dugout. three, redundant mask

  13. i pray he’s able to overcome his addiction 🙏🏼💕

  14. But this is awesome and great cuz u got a bunch of people who care for u who watch u and can be there for u some paramedics and some other people don’t really pay attention or help anybody and here u have a bunch of friends on the job who are family and friends and who treat each other with respect and love and who always has a helping hand when u need it

  15. I was watching this video while also watching the nfl playoffs on my tv. I paused this video to watch a play in the game, then came back to this video. I paused it at 9:24. I come back and the dudes package is sticking out through his unzipped fly. Come on A&E, not what I wanna see

  16. Ya saying ur proud of h ty r dude who quit but I’m happy for tidus congrats to him for everything

  17. these paramedics are the highlight of this show. i can’t wait till they return in new orleans for season four!

  18. who was the chief in the beginning? Reminds me of Ken Bouvier? I was deployed to NOLA in 2005 for Katrina relief and Ken was the gentleman giving us our briefing. I figured he would have long retired by now.

  19. I’ve been in five 30 day impatient rehab programs and I can’t say that I’ve ever seen a guy that wanted to get clean more than that guy. I wish that guy could get the same help I got. Hope he’s well now

  20. Congratulations Titus! 😷💕👍🏻

  21. Why sometimes the ambulance number is blurred (like at 3:36) and other times, it is fully visible (like at 3:39 and4:36)? It would make more sense if the number would either always be blurred or never)

  22. I know it's a fat chance that Holly or Nick will see this comment but I want to thank them. I'm a backup care provider for someone and I learned how to cool a fever from them. In that particular episode, their patient had sepsis and their fever was not cooling down. Because of that episode, I recognized the same thing was happening and the person I care for is now being treated for sepsis. Just a huge thank you to them and this show. I was panicking and I kept thinking back to that scene to calm myself down.

  23. I am always sincerely thankful for First Responders. They don't do what they do to make the big bucks. They do it because they are truly passionate about what they do. BRAVO to each and every one of them!!!!
