I love this phone. So much better than the note 2. I'm actually using the note 3 to watch this video. With the note 2, I would accidentally push the power button while watching a video… It annoyed the heck out of me. Now the button feels stiffer and the sides are much squared, it doesn't slip out of my hand or accidentally press any buttons.

The speakers are at the bottom. Near where the iPhone speakers are. Which is a good thing because i dont like watching Videos and barely being able to hear them

Depends, I would buy the Note 3 (Because I take notes -_-) But if you are a 'Camera Freak' you can get the Z1, because it has a camera the resolution of a DSLR/SLR Camera.
