I mean I get dude shouldn’t of been drunk and was definitely going to drive home, but y’all got there before he could do so. My god this guy needs help, he just lost his job and now you’re going to hit him with a DUI.. call his wife and explain the situation to her and have her pick him, cut him a break. This is why people don’t trust the police because they’ll do anything they can to lock you up.. I swear they get bonuses from it. I respect the cops out there fighting real crime, not the ones who try to lock you up

In AZ, if you're in the vehicle and the key is in the ignition, it's DWI, whether the vehicle is moving or not.

How can they arrest him for a crime he hadn't committed yet if they just thing he was maybe about to drive under the influence?? That doesn't make any sense….. My guess is this isn't even going to make it to court.
