The Xperia 5 serves as a spiritual successor to the Xperia Compact series, but with the design and extra-tall display of the Xperia 1.

  1. Why is this phone still 799 almost a year later? I’m mad cus I want one but can’t afford it until it goes on sale lol

  2. I don't think its worth it for 800usd. That's why you gotta wait some months so the price goes down by like 40% so by then it will be much much more worth it. Ill be due for a new phone in like a half a year so timing is good i hope

  3. I buy Sony Xperia mobile if Sony Xperia mobile features will be , price 14999 and features 6.5 inchi super amoled display, ram 6 gb internal 128 gb, camera 4 setup, 4000 mah battery 20 w fast, totally full screen display and also noch,32 mp fornt camera, snapdragon 712

  4. Beautiful design, but if Sony can improve the hardware then will be a REAL flagship phone.
No Wifi 6, no SD855+, no 4k 60fps vidro record, and the battery

  5. One thing reviewers should get it right is that Sony are also certified IP65 which helps against pressure jets.
Realistically you probably won't pressure jet your phone but think about water forcibly entering.
IP68 is only useful for immersion in liquid but not great if say you brought into a steam bath or hot bathroom shower as water molecules can enter. IP65 could help against that.

  6. Their marketing team sucks. I don't understand why they'd name their phones like this. 5 sounds like a successor several generations later so it's a misleading name. Sometimes going generic /following the trend makes sense.
