LG G3: Multitasking

3. I have one. I find that multi tasking is slow. I am a heavy user of the phone so perhaps I need a better model. Spotify, for example, always cuts out when I leave the app to do something else. Any ideas anyone? Thanks

   My LG G3 multi tasking button just have one rectangular button. And it doesnt give me the 2×2 grid nor 3×3 lay out for my apps.
   Can you help me with this?

8. how is multitasking on this phone? does it lag after you open 4-5 apps at once? Or is the note 3 better at multitasking?
