Wrong. I tried to buy from a seller who had 100% rating, and over 100 satisfied buyers, but I'm not one, because I found it is was a scam. I can not register my displeasure to said seller or ebay only paypal when I found out supposedly the seller wasn't accepting US currency. So the ratings on ebay are like little stars you are given for good behavior in elementary school…want one?
I don't mean to act like a dummy, but I'm really new to this whole smart phone thing. But do smart phones work as phones? immediately or do you have to get wi-fi? Is it better to buy a smart phone that's called pre-paid?

I certainly saw a difference in price on ebay. Thank you for your insight because my contract is running up this month. I have seen the light and it just makes since to buy the most expensive phone that you can afford that will last you longer and you can take with you if those carriers are acting up.

today I got the moto X 2013 used for $100 bucks
was it a good choice and I read all the details and everything and nothing seemed to bad about it, may be just light scratches but that's about it (I wouldve gotten the moto X 2nd gen but money is tight and stuff, but anything with 1.5 GHz or better is enough for me)
What about people on Verizon or sprint with CDMA only phones it's so hard to find phones that can be used
i think one plus one is the way to go if you lo in budget > but it suffers from less support from apps developer < and accessories makers . also i don't like the invitation system

I recently bought a Cubot S208, very happy with the phone, very happy with the price (£80) and very happy when I worked out that it has saved me approx £650 over the 2 years (based upon the idea that I could've got the best deal available on a ee contract for an iphone 6) and I've got 500 mins, unltd txts and unltd internet for £12 on giffgaff!

I've been hearing and seeing a lot about this new kid on the block Blu which is in all the prepaid cellphone stores in LA. Are they any good? Even Target sells them online? Considering getting one but would like your opinion.

Not free but for a cheap 350 price
I just pay the contract price get a cheap phone when they have a sale and pay the 1.00 or even free. Then buy out the contract.. and there I got a 6 or 7 hundred dollar phone for free. Since buying out a contract won't mess up your credit…
