  1. On the bar spot w half wall id recommend making the top half of wall a flip out awning for people outside that half of bar wall and maybe some seating under it too

  2. For the bar room on that support wall what you could do is small square glass panes around a giant tv that has a live feed of the track on race days from a top-down perspective 🙂

  3. dude why am i as excited about the kitchen and concessions as i am a turbo build? loving this refresh, going to come out awesome!

  4. Post mix/tap beverages are more profitable, cans and bottles are throwable…
They are "Concessions" for a reason. Landlord is a much easier job.

  5. Honestly you should really consider completely re building all those "shack" builds under the bleachers.
Pretty much guarantee the rest of them are just months away from being in the same condition as the one you tore down.
Some of the interior stuff might be salvaged like the bars, but the walls and ceilings are all likely barely holding on.

  6. Do not sell nothing just in case you do a actual event after Corona is over that way you still have extra ice makers and everything else

  7. Leave it too cleet and friends to demo with a dead blow hammer lol 😂🤣
