The problem with Joe is that he wants to be a leader and thinks that he is just because he pays a few people under the table for some crappy labor….But in reality, he needs to be able to earn people's respect in life, THEN be a leader. You could also contact Temp Services as an employer on the day you need help and they have a list of people usually they can get you for a job.
