  1. This replaced a hand-me-down Note 3 that died after I used the shit out of it (actually the Note was first smartphone I ever had), but I just wasn't feeling the X2 as a daily driver…A Note is tough to get over, and the X2 just wasn't it… Since I couldn't afford a new Note at the time, I just took the X back, and went for a lesser Moto G2 and just used that until late 2016, and replaced it with an HTC 10…

  2. Hey I'm really not sure whether to get a moto x 2014 or the newest moto g! The moto x has slightly better specs and it looks better in my opinion but the Moto g is cheaper. I really want to know what both of their cameras are like compared to more high end phones

  3. Hey guys! I need a little help, should I get this Moto X or the LG G3. Both cost the same amount, which is better and will last me longer?

  4. Where this phone lost me? The same place the S6 lost me. And where Apple has always lost me.
Anyone who knows anything about phones knows exactly what I'm talking about.

  5. Just got a Moto X 2nd gen today 🙂 and omg I love it ^-^ ong thing that bugs me in the LED notification..T^T and how it's not there unless I root it and no microSD card slot..but I'm ok with 16GB just like with my moto G 1st gen

  6. Ok i appreciate having to have a sponsor,
but Norton is a massive failure.
I have used them in the past on up to date mac and windows,
and it's terrible. There are so many glitches wether it be the time
limit being easily broken or the way it bulks up your computer, or how
they exploit the email system. Basically, DO NOT GET NORTON.

  7. Darn!  Torn!  This is $100 off on their website! So instead of paying $550, it's $450 off contract on Verizon!

  8. I really like this phone but the battery ,no expandable memory, and camera are the only problems.Hopefully when they release the moto x 3rd gen they will have all those changed.I think I might wait to get the moto x 3rd gen when it comes out.But I'm kinda tempted.

  9. The only thing I didn't like on this phone is stock android (looks cheap to me, co'z here in the Philippines most of the local brands here using that stock android).

  10. What " most demanding games " are there that moto x can't play lol. Only demanding games android had is half life and that's tegra only. If there is a demanding game that this phone can't play let me know. I wanna see to be honest ( have not kept up with games lately)

  11. Alright I am trying to decide between the moto x 2014 version and the HTC one m8. The moto x is 500 dollars and the HTC one m8 is 600. Is the HTC worth the extra 100 in the long run or should I save the 100 and go with the moto x. Keep in mind that this will be my first smartphone. I like both of them but I wanted some other opinions.
    Thanks

  12. I liked the video. The review was thorough, and well done.

One thing I wish you, @Android Authority, had clarified better is that the Moto X is not available on all major US carriers. Sprint is the notable absence. I know they're not the biggest carrier, but they're considered to be one of the big 4.
