  1. I know I am way late to the video but a little grease where the keepers go help them stick in place while you let the pressure off the spring.

  2. H22a4 cylinder 1-4 compression test is 90/30/60/100 buddy told me to readjust valves and try again if no good should I go with 100lb ferrea duel valve springs ti retainers or superech if I gotta build motor I wanna give you some friendly competition when I come to Colorado I’m Oklahoma

  3. Are you worried about taking off any metal while wirebrushing the valves? Could you use seafoam to soak them in?

  4. A tip to reseat valves A lot quicker is attach a rubber line to the end of the valve when it's already through the head and put it in your drill. there you go

  5. Is that a vf series ihi turbo in the background?? I'm after the p20 rear housing if that's one.. The turbo furthest to the right!

  6. Idk why I ever sub’ed this channel and kinda wrote it off after a few episodes. But I fucking love it! Keep it up boiz!

  7. a good way to clean the valves is a sandblasting cabinet. more money than most people have lying around but theyre great for nooks and crannies

  8. Hey guys just wondering what type of head gasket was used for this build, and if you blow a head gasket do you have to get the head checked? Thanks.

  9. Buy a machinist' .001 straight edge off Amazon, lay it on the head diagonally, and slide a feeler gauge under it in between each cylinder to see if it's warped.

  10. You should lube up those new valve stem seals with some assembly lube before you click them on and insert the valves

  11. I've not worked on many Honda engines so this is surely a noob question but what are those "center rocker arms" pushing down on? I'm guessing something to do with vtec

  12. Loving the uploads but it can really ruin the valves if you don't drop a little oil on the valve stems before lapping them

  13. Yow Kyle wats good man. There is also a fast way of putting back those keepers back in place. It is just similar to how you got them out. Its just that u have to put a cloth on that socket so it could push the keepers in place. Anyways, goodluck on the build man! Im excited

  14. You explained everything very, you know quite a lot for you're age. As other people have stated you must get the cam bore resized if you use a different cap!
