4. Fleece on the vagina is not healthy. ESPECIALLY during a period. Bacteria thrive in moist, hot, dark places. That's why it's highly recommended to wear COTTON underwear so it can breathe.. A reusable pad is great!!! But the fleece material is very bad for a woman's feminine health. 😬 I couldn't imagine sitting in a hot sweaty bloody mess. Even a washcloth would be better than fleece.
