Hands-on with the Google+ update and moblie hangouts

1. Why do I have to have an email with age of 18+ in order to sign up, that's just stupid, come on, Google+

3. Video Chat "hangout" does not have an option on the mobile app. Only works for desktop cameras. You can join in the hangout but cannot make one via mobile google+ app

4. I have the nexus s 4 g,2.3.5 and don't see anything about hangout, join or to start a hangout.

10. @andybruintje I can't root, don't know how, I tried Z4root didn't work tried superone click and universal androot but i know that i am doing something wrong with superoneclick
