  1. YES, YES, YES, I have always wanted replaceable batteries. I never went with Apple phones because you could not change the batteries. Android had the upper hand by giving us the ability to change batteries and swap out memory cards.

Then something happened, someone got the stupid idea to take that awsy from us. I would have loved to replaced my phone with the HTC One M9 BUT all those wonderful apps and features and they missed the big one for me, non replaceable battery. WHATS the big deal. Adding a little more thickness to the phone,??? What? Like a few sheets of paper. REALLY? How cares about that, GIVE Me swappable batteries or install a 6000mha battery in the first place. Talk about thickness I still would not care.

So to make this Very Clear. Install a 3500mah battery right off and then let me swap it. Period. Talk about a flagship, I would get it today if I can have all that and to be able to add one or two 200g micro cards. Plus 3 to 5 gig or built in RAM.

With unlimited power like that toss on the best screen and chipset and I would then become product loyal.

P.S. don't forget about the cameras, make the back around 20 mpic and the from over 9 mpic and I bet you would not be able to keep up with the demand.

    Your move.

    Gary.

  2. I think the most easy and most effective way right now is the fast charging technology
My phone is Lg G3 which is not really bad in consuming the battery but really bad in charging it , about 2 and half an hour to fully charge the battery ! And because of that now am really having to think about replacing it with a Sony Z3 ! Though I do like my phone and its features and performance more than the Z3 but battery is really really too Important

  3. Batteries are good, android is fucked. They dont optimize it and make a lot of background procesess so battery could be fast empty

  4. The last 3 smartphones that I have gotten I have gotten a zerolemon extended battery case. I can't imagine living without it anymore. Never having to worry about the battery. Not having that anxiety. Is very very comforting. 1 day battery no matter what I do, 2 day battery with normal/light usage, and 3 day battery if I need to push it. Not bad for a slightly bulky phone. And I actually think it is easier to handle than the lightweight slippery phones mine started out as.

  5. I'd be willing to give up a few millimetres in exchange for a bigger battery any day. Nothing more annoying than using a phone knowing the battery will die on you anytime.

  6. if you want battery life get non smart phone, I have a slide phone I recently got as a result of being grounded from my gs5 and no joke I get probably 5-7 days of battery from it….

  7. Considering how small Apple's batteries are compared to typical flagship androids and how well they last considering the smaller size, I think their tight control method does work, imagine if they filled the iPhone 6 out to eliminate the protruding camera lens and put a bigger battery in? I feel like that was a missed opportunity on their part. My LG G3 did very well on battery life, but LG went to extreme measures to achieve it.

  8. My phone is unibody with a removable battery. It's definitely possible. I think the move to making them thin is all about design, and nothing to do with consumer demand. Apple really like design over function, but Android (usually) favors function over form. I also think the main reason for integrated batteries is planned obsolescence. It's definitely not consumer demand.

  9. Stop with innovating new selfie cameras, stop with anorexic phones and stop with screens that can make a blind person see again. Just give me a fat phone with battery life for days. #stopit
