In this episode we build a DIY rear mounted radiator!

B for boil
Nice channel. I was just about to relocate the radiator on my E46 then I run into your channel. I wonder if it keeps the temperature cool enough and the pump works fine.
Thanks for now!
why do all these videos use that dumbass girly music just inform us thx
What did you do with the lines that went to the expansion tank?
oh my gawd…. you make Boosted Bois look golden.
From where does the radiator gets air tho?
When you drink too much and try to start a vid😂
Cheers From Clackamas ORegon!
i was asking why not use a heater hose but then you said that you were trying not to spend much and it made sense. i love to watch these videos bro. they are interesting, funny, questioning and filled with info.
how much coolant goes in 😀 ?
should do a step by step turbo build.
I hate that rad install
chance u sell the seats?
did u sell the back seat?
What type of gloves do you use lol
What type of gloves to you use ? Lol
for some reason i just knew it was going to blow at that spot lmao

i want a random part of the car signed. plz
I don't think the rear mounted radiator was thought through.
You need lots of airflow for a radiator to function fully, a scoop should have been added imo.
Also, you ran hot and cold pipes together. I'm pretty sure your cold is gonna end up hot or at best warm.
Cool idea, reasonably executed except: rigid PVC attached to rocking and shaking motor == cracked PVC. You should maybe use hoses at the front to protect the PVC pipes.
He still a noobie at the intro xD
didnt think the PVC weld on the joints would survive road vibrations… would be really shitty if that failed so im glad to see you put rubber hosing in 🙂
could have used CPVC, which is used for waterlines. It is rated at 200 degrees.
GUYS, pretty important piece of information I think you might be overlooking:
If you use a reducer on the lines, the pressure/velocity of the fluid changes. Chances are, your radiator was designed to work at the stock coolant pressure/velocity which may/may not cause some problems.
When I first heard him say he was going to use PVC, I was pretty concerned haha.
Glad to see that they switched to the proper tubing though!
How could you not have known PVC cannot handle cooling system temp. Its written right on the PVC pipe? Just saying, could have saved yourself a lot work plumbing hard line.
any fluid lines threw the cabin is usually a bad idea (and usually prohibited), especially if they are flammable, or hot. also PVC tends to crack and break when deformed. Flexible tubing/hose along the bottom would be best.
where there trans lines running to the rad when it was in the front?
wheres the evora build 🙁 really want to see that
temp rating for pvc conduit is only 75 degrees F
With all that money you spent, you could have just bought a proper radiator for the car on ebay completely brand new… Just saying.
So you're using this in the Oregon 500, and then it'll be a drift missile?
Selling parts off the car doesn't change the amount of money you spend on the car. It's less money out of your pocket, but the same amount of money going into the car(actually more because you're using the profits to spend more on the car.)
pvc is a terrible idea
How many cars does this guy have XD
onion the type of nigga to jb weld his diff
I LOVE THE CONCEPT OF WEARING WHIT TSHIRT FOR WORKING WITH CAR 😉
You dont want to fuck with the e46 cooling system, risky buisness
that coolant system is going to be a bitch to bleed
should take the rigth side 1/4 window(the one where you put the sticker on) out(or both sides!!!), and make a fresh air duct that leads air to the rad, and with the heater hose being so small, you guys might run into over temping issue during the event if the hoses cant deliver cooled coolant to the engine quick enough
Whole Car Water Cooling~ Linus
Didn't show us the hole in the radiator??
I would have used abs
When you reduce a radius of an object you will always have a lot higher pressure that's the reason it blew the other one is just gonna blow also. Try an aftermarket one like mishimoto or buy wider hoses or else you'll just blow the other radiator
Yeah TOO hot and TOO many bends, you need to check your flow rate to make sure you are cooling properly.
