I am sorry.. but It still feels gimmicky. It is a good start. But I don't think it can be considered a great add-on to everyday life yet. maybe 2-3 years more down the line.
Really like it, but the notched strap is a deal-breaker. It really restricts choice of aftermarket straps and the OEM ones are pretty horrendous for watch straps. The lug width is also way too narrow for the big diameter of the watch, making it look (to me) clunkier and awkward. Really a shame as its the only smartwatch announced right now which has sapphire crystal, surgical steel case and "proper" watch aesthetics, if only the LG watch had sapphire crystal as well… ÂÂÂ

 the thing that sucks for watches is the battery sucks soooo bad, having to charge every 24 hours or so? wow, i cant even get a few days out of these things? id like up to a week easy TBH. ahhh oh well, guess i'll keep wearing my citizen and armani till i get one capable of a weeks battery life.
Huawei is just killing it they had one of the best budget phones Honor 6 and now this Watch.

Glad to see that smartwatches are getting better at a rapid rate, but companies are releasing new models literally every 6 months.. why would people buy them when they know their new watches would turn into old models in less than a year.ÂÂÂ

the watch looks very premium but the leather bracelets doesn't give a premium look, might be the metal bracelet may give up a much more premium look.  ÂÂÂ
smartwatches are very subjective in terms of style, if you like sleek and modern with a bigger screen, go with the moto 360. if you like a more traditional sporty look, go with the g watch r. if you like a little more classy watch with a metal design and still looks modern with a mix of classic, go with the huawei watch or the lg urbane

Since this is AMOLED, you can run black watch faces all day, right? Since AMOLED screens don't display the pixel if its black? Shouldn't this increase the battery life by a lot? Correct me if I'm wrong 🙂
this is like the 1st good looking wearable lol, the moto 360 comes 2nd for me. no judgement on the Apple watch until i get it in my hands.
