28. I know Joe won't see this comment, but I've been "cutting-back" on smoking for over a month. I've been on the patch for a week but still smoking at the same time. Joe quitting has inspired me to try with zero ciggarettes… Tomorrow.

31. You can quit. My brother was a pack a day smoker for years and he quit like 2 months ago. He used the nicotine patches and winged him self off it. He did quit 2 years ago for a whole year but he started again and recently quit again.
