The airline system is not customer friendly! There is no reason the lady who lost her ticket and the family should have been played like that. This show also shouldn't use peoples last names.
The cost of gas to drive 10 hours is more than the cost of 6 plane tickets? Sounds ridiculous.

Genuine question…. why can’t they just reprint her ticket if she has the correct Identification? Of course there would have to be a way to detect that the original was lost if someone tries to use it to hope on the flight. 🤷ðŸÂ»â€ÂÂ♀ï¸ÂÂ

I'm surprised that they collect paper tickets. Every time I have flown Southwest, I either print my boarding pass at home or at the kiosk, or I bring it up on my phone. So I don't have to worry about a lost paper ticket. How old is this series?
