Ah. Ish a baby joe, he's so cute <3
Also yeah the music was a little too loud
What's up Kid 'n Play. You good. You good. Ok
I have found a news report in regards to this. https://pilotonline.com/news/local/crime/article_8b46fd1c-b3b4-5095-a660-92376fbf6886.html
If anyone wants to read it.
The doc website would be .gov not .org
He should have made some $ and moved to a country that sells drugs cheap and has low possession laws. They are out there. You need to learn to speak a different language, learn to live in a different culture, but he wouldn't be in jail for life. There are users who are not violent, they just lack ambition to live a decent life. If drugs and laws were lenient for users the jail cash could be used for rehab and education. The true education would be seeing the devistation and death. Only about 2 to 3 % of hard core users are out there. That number may spike, but drop quickly to 2 to 3 %. Call me callous, but the current laws drain society. We could build an area to to put these lost souls, then require treatment or they stay in crazy villa in the middle of nowhere. Sorry I rambled sometimes. I feel bad for the victory when drugs are actually dirt cheap and wouldn't require robbibng, thefts, and other scams. If you want to pump trash into your body, it's one less drain on society.
dont do drugs easy as that, he got what he derves drug addiction is no excuse for doing fucked up shit, its a choice, just like its a choice not take take the 25 year, drug addicts deserve to be locked up away from the public they are heartless and dont care about anyone but their selfs, they would sell out their own mother for a fix,ive seen it happen. disgraceful.
I've been watching for a while and this is a side to the APS show that you need to do. The funny and crazy stories are great entertainment but you need to use your show to shine the light on the prisoners that don't get to have a voice anymore because their locked up. The system really screws some people over with ungodly amounts of time. Thank you.
Well I'm not a criminal so no worries here lol
Damn
WHAT???? I Can’t hear 👂 you The musics too loud!!! Lol
only way I would is if I was facing the death penalty…and considering I'm probably not gonna commit a 'murrica crazy AF mass shooting. I'm good.
I’d never be in a situation where I punched in old lady in a bunch of reprobates in prison could lie about me
So if Araon had taken 25 yrs he would not go to court/jury?
Lower your music
Damn joe look at the hair man lol going back and watching all the videos from.the start my wife is watching em.and all the people at her job too.
What's up with the fuckin music Joe lol
Turn the music down
What the fuck is on your head Joe?
I love the music
Wow the music makes it hard to concentrate..your videos sure have come a LONG WAY my man. Still enjoying your old stuff though. APS!
Damn.
Depends on the situation I suppose.
That hair though lol
I would've taken the 25, but I never would've did what that guy did in the first place.
My brother copped out to 22 because he was lookin at life or numbers equal to it and there was no chance he was gonna beat some of the charges. I know quite a few others that took big years like that to avoid the even bigger sentence that they'd get if they blew trial.
I feel very fortunate to have never been in that situation to really have to choose. I've had crazy offers but I usually just waited it out til we could wear em down or get em dropped down. My last run was the only time I was scared as hell. Their first offer was 30 I think. There were almost a dozen and a half counts and stuff was bein added, dropped, swapped or lowered or raised constantly so i was gettin new paperwork on the regular.
If found guilty of even half of it I'd probably have never seen the outside again. But I just sat in that jail and waited.
Finally got a few of the most serious charges dropped and my bond dipped under $100k (it was $1k when I got arrested lol I thought I was gonna be in and out…nope) so I got out and was on house arrest but I just waited and waited and my attorney stalled a lot too cause their cases were weak.
It was mostly a situation where they applied as much pressure as possible to get me to flip. I'd moved into this area and made a lot of connections through a cousin that was from the area and his friends and friends/associates I made that was and was in the mix of a several decent sized networks and a lot of people were under surveillance and it wasn't long before I was too I didn't realize til I was on parole to what extent but these idiots acted like I was on some kingpin shit lol Wasted a lot of resources on me and others I knew. But I had investigators visit me at the jail and before or after court constantly. They'd always ask me the same thing and my answer was always silence. I just stayed quiet and waited em out.
I knew we'd made either a huge mistake or had a huge victory comin soon as I went to court and the prosecutor asked for a continuance. I was either bein extradited back to NY and/or they'd found fresh evidence or they knew they really had no case.
Finally they hit me 15-25. My attorney told em to piss off then a week later they came with 5-15. My attorney countered with something and we agreed to 3-12, everything concurrent and with mad charges dropped. I almost backed out the deal, but with time served I was lookin at likely parole in under 6 even if I lost most of my gain time. Ended up doing right under 6.
I've been in jails and prisons in NY and Tennessee but of all the times I been caught up Florida was the absolute worst. I was in bad shape cause of all the stress. I'd had wild offers before but we usually got it settled fairly quick. That shit took forever. I am never goin back. Unless something from my last catches up or I am wrongfully accused and convicted my time in that life is over. I never thought I'd see my 20's as a kid so I was most definitely not thinkin about seein 30. Once I did I realized that I really needed to change up or I wouldn't see 35. At least not on the outside. There is a life worth livin after all that and ya can walk a different path without ever walking away from your people. They just gotta know you can't be in the mix. I did have to drop some people that weren't ready to get sober but that's a whole other part of the game and I'll be there whenever they get ready to live. ✌
Was this the beginning of “ Enjoy Life, the free world, never take a moment for granted, and make the most of everyday….PEACE!†closing tag? I think so. Sweet.
That's fucked up
these old videos 🙂
1 million subs later. Haircut is better in this video then in current vids loool. Baby haircut
2019
Anyone on 2019
I’d fight it if it were a different situation but being an addict and all this evidence you got to take plea off rip
That is so fucked up. Prison for life? He didn't even commit murder. Awful thing to do but 25 years at the most seems fair for that kind of crime.
Kid and play

Boyyyy doeee!!!look how far you have come Joe, super proud of you man, keep it up!
couldn't watch past 30 second. music too loud. It takes away from your awesome stories. Sorry to miss this one.
It's unfortunate his poor circumstances led to such major mistakes. As well as the fact he never got the chance to get better and return to real world. However i have always thought that the whole point behind a plea deal was to admit guilt and atone. In exchange you don't have to serve as severe a punishment. To go to trial isn't an attempt to reduce your sentence, it's to claim innocence and say you didn't commit all the crimes your accused of. If they got loads of evidence it just makes sense to take the plea deal even if it seems like it sucks, because you will be proven guilty while trying to claim to be innocent. Which can only result in a harsher sentence. Sometimes ya just got to bite the bullet :/
I'm 51 years old. I've done time. At my age now, 25 years from now would put me at 76 years old. (If) I live that long, what kind of life would i have after i got out? So facing a life sentence, by making them take me to trial at taxpayers expense is what is going to happen. If I'm going to take a plea bargain, they're going to have to make me a better offer than 25 years
i remember when this video first got recommended to me when it first came out
man i love this channel
been here since this very video
US court: take the plea or I will destroy you.
I wish they had to revisit cases and individuals growth after every 20 years?
I would move tf out ofthat Country that gives you in 2020 a sentence of 215years😅ðŸ˜ÂÂ
With good time he would get out in 19 years so he’d only be 40 years, he really messed up not pleading guilty and atleast getting a chance
Oh I would take the 25…. But I'm not an idiot….
