"Pro-Tip"- 😉 no need to go so low grit on a repaint like this. 400/500 to scuff and take out shine is just fine… especially with single stage. Great videos though! Super inspiring! Thank you!
Are you in LA ?
What type of spoiler is this called???
"Good…Uhh…Stickage" ~Chris S.
Garden blower/vac are good for blowing dust out of sheds
10,000 lbs of down force! a lil 3m can handle it. nbd.
great show btw.
I'm worried you are becoming an alcoholic. I think it is time for an intervention…
Excited for the next episode. Got them all on a playlist to watch back to back.
weres jeff
I use only #M 30lb tape. I see you used the 20lb one. Any thoughts? I've used the 20lb before, and while it is easier to correct, and handle, the adhesion doesn't last as long as I've experienced. Especially when it gets wet.
I understand that it's not the style you were going for, but I think the car fully sanded and left as would've looked awesome, sorta flat gray / brushed steel look.
That spoiler looks cool, but it does kinda make me think it wud slow the car down. Because if im not mistaking i know the Bugatti has a retractable spoiler that folds up at about that same angle, but it helps the car stop, or slow down faster.. So personally, I wouldnt use that spoiler, or just have one made that looks the same but with a less aggressive angle.. IDk, Im prolly completely wrong, but the angle of the spoiler just reminds me of the Bugatti's air brake, even tho it looks cool as hell.Bbut you did say it was gonna just be your daily, so I guess it doesnt matter really lol.
surprised you didn't JB weld the spoiler on lol
Hell yeah, that eraser is what I used to get from the skateshop to clean our grip tape, aka GripGum!
Late to say this probably, but silicone will fuck your paint up when you get to paint
I don't know if you have already finished siliconing the bumper but perhaps you could use bondo to close the gap and make it look as if the bumper and the trunk are one.
great job sir.
what body kit is that the fenders are sick
