13. You should have tig a small bead, use a dremel to shape it out then be done with, fucking easy. Its same fixing gears, you can weld blob of metal where the teeth is missing and file a new one in shape. Its not like the block was cast iron, then that be a diffrent story but even then its not a critical strength spot

24. weld it with argon helium mix use mag drill bit they look like endmills but hollow been a welder 20 years 17 years in a iso 2001 shop certified 6g for aluminum s.s. ti hit me up if u cant find magdrill bits im also a machinist old school not cnc
