   Not AWD. Very different.
   Its always been understood for years you dont use 4WD on the street.
   2 live axles , with 2 drive shafts that split from a seperate transfer case.
   If you lock the diffs and all four tires are getting grip on a flat surface you are flexing and stress the hell out of your whole drive line.
   Everyone i know with 4WD trucks know better.
