In December, two officers stopped U.S. Army Lt. Caron Nazario for not having a rear license plate on his new SUV, according to a police report. Officer Joe Gutierrez, whose termination was announced late Sunday night, pepper-sprayed Nazario. Gutierrez and former partner Daniel Crocker face a $1 million lawsuit, alleging a violation of constitutional rights.

  1. PWSD-56262 ALI v. SCOTIA GROUP MANAG | No. CV-18-00124-TUC-JGZ. – Leagle.com Aug 2, 2018 · Andre H. Ali, Plaintiff, pro se. …. the Liber Code from Oxford Public International Law; a copy of an "Affidavit of Fact" on General Orders No. 100 : The Lieber Code – Av…

  2. It really smacks of a staged video when the cameraman keeps taking relevant shots of the occurrence from different angles, It is all true but.

  3. In India army has more power than police. but ofc army never misuses. These cops would have have been arrested by military police or beaten black and blue by a truck full of soldiers here.

  4. “I’m honestly afraid to get out right now.” Imagine this “soldier” in battle.

  5. I suggest people see the entire video then comeback to this one and see everything that was omitted in order to push this narrative.

  6. Well next time listen to the officer when he tells you to get out the car. Thats the problem with people they dont listen they just want to arrugue

  7. This is how police stupidty looks like in america, just imagine a army leutenant is treatend and humiliated like this…this is crazy.

  8. i am brazilian, here happens the same with policemen. in my aopinion in this case both sides are wrong, the soldier had to obbey instrutions, he had to get out of the car,

  9. Being Policeman is very dangerous job those days so they are irked. Still, what they did is unacceptable in any way. Both should be fired on the spot. Both should be charged with assault. Police must clean itself from people like those 2 deputies or indeed needs to be resolved and re-invented.

  10. This is rediculous! This guy is noncompliant the whole time. The officer treated this guy like any race. When you see a video that has the clips they like put out by the media. How convenient! This guy set up his phone to record while refusing to obey orders from the cop. The guy deliberately says, what's going on, knowing it will be on his personal video. What do expect police to do, wait for you to shoot them? Again, Rediculous! Oh and the reason you don't take a policeman or any other person straight to jail for a video is because that is often not the whole story. In this country you have the right to charges and a fair judgement with all the evidence.

  11. I challenge you all to watch the officer Tatum on this incident. Army jerk drove for a mile and a half without pulling over. Then wouldn't obey a single command. He set this up. Officers acted very professionally. They need to sue army jerk. This is why you get the whole story.

  12. Just sickening. The officer should get everything that's coming to him and more. As a veteran myself. Thank you for you service and sorry something so heinous happened to you. The justice system needs a serious overhaul.

  13. If it's happening with this man, then what hppening with normal the peoples 🤔🤔🤔
