2. those frame rails will slide inside in case of crash, they will destroy whole front end of this car, should hav made one new from aluminium

3. dont use flux core wire it is ment for think!!! metal like bump truck beds

4. You get an A for trying, I think you did a good job on the car until the front end abortion. Should have stuck with aluminum.

6. Flux core… ewwwwwww. Tig tacking is as simple as holding the torch on the spot you want to tack weld… and thats it. almost no skill required.

11. Chris , try some anti spatter spray when you want to avoid getting spatter on surrounding metal.
