5. Obviously this is a very polarising case. Both sides gave good arguements. However my issue with it, the 3 charges. 2nd,3rd degree murder and manslaughter.

   In a normal case you would expect to be found guilty of one of them as they are options for the jury to decide on the most suitable charge for the cause of death.

   being found guilty of 3 crimes which relate to the manner of death of one person is highly unusual as now those 3 crimes can be described as 1 crime. Changing the case law. Meaning everyone convicted of a similar crime could face all 3 charges.

   Which I think will aid in the dismissal of the case. As if it was just one of the 3. It's cut and dry.
