There are some model federal penitentiaries that have awesome programs for inmates. I worked at 1 I was a prison nurse.

What made our whole philosophy of government great in my opinion is blackstones rartio! It’s better 10 guilty go free then 1 innocent convicted Ben Franklin and thomas Jefferson are supposed to be known to sayb100 guilty go free rather than 1 innocent convicted consider govt resources? Any possible way it could be any where near fair otherwise?
