for the driver side door. this might sound like a stretch but you can drill a hole behind the handle from the inside and attach a bar, like a handle bar or something that you push from the inside. for example, when changing windows, professionals use suction cups that you press the button on top to activate the suction. Same idea, but to open the door. everyone like this so he will see it.
