  1. Hey Eric…I have a 91 Integra LS M/T (ECU pr4-A02) I had it since 2008 and it runs fine. But after years of being annoyed with the engine light always on… I want it off! lol… I took a glimpse at the window on ecu and it is kicking a code 13. I have researched it but I keep getting mixed info. So, what can I do to get rid of this pesky engine light?

  2. ERIC  I HAVE A 1999 PONTIAC SUNFIRE 2.2 LTS. MANUAL TRANNY MY QUESTION IS THE FOLLOWING : EVERYTIME I TURN ON MY CAR  AND PUT IT TO 1ST GEAR YOU HEAR A WIERD CRAKING NOISE YOU FEEL IT ON THE SHIFTER  AND SOMETIMES WHEN IM DRIVING I CHANGE TO 3RD GEAR DOES THE SAME THING. THEY TOLD I NEED TO CHANGE THE CLUTCH AND SLAVE CYLINDER . MY CAR DRIVE PERFECT JUST WHEN YOU CHANGE GEARS  OR WHEN YOU GO BACK TO 1ST GEAR IS HAR TO PUT IT IN

  3. OMG! I put regular gas in my new to me. 2005 VW Passat 1.8L DOHC.. And I normally mindlessly put my money in my tank but I recently seen that premium sign on the inside of my fuel door. So hopefully it won't mess up till I can put the right Octane in next time..

  4. Hey Eric, I have a 2006 BMW 325xi Sedan and It says premium fuel on the fuel door. Is it completely necessary to run premium fuel or can I run regular?

  5. sup E,been a while. just got the email. seems you've lost some weight, staying healthy huh. hope yall doing well and enjoying the new yr. keep up the hard work,I'm getting back on that horse soon.

  6. Been watching your videos for about a year now.  Was wondering if you have ever encountered the Chrysler Lean Burn system.  I have a 1989 Fifth Avenue that is cherry.  I am in the process of de-pimping it and have put Cragar super sport rims with cooper cobra tires on it.  it really made a difference in the appearance of the car.  I would like to put a flowmaster 40 muffler on it.  I have also replaced the stock radio with a nice Kenwood receiver and Alpine speakers.  The car is  25 years old now that we are in 2014 which qualifies it as historic here in AZ.  I believe that means I can ditch the lean burn system with something more reliable that will also improve performance.  Any suggestions?

  7. Ok Eric I have an 91 Chrysler NewYorker and have replaced both the battery and alternator still no charge have battery voltage on large wire on alt all times. Two little wires are dead with key.off but have battery voltage when key is on any ideas? Also I used my multi meter and checked ground on alt casing and it's good so any info will help as I'm banging my head off the car thank you

  8. Hey Eric I know this is off topic but I gotta say I like how you put the Christmas hat on that spider/octopus/Crap thing lol

  9. Which scan tool do you think is better, the Innova 3160 or the OTC 3111 PRO? I got the Innova for x-mas and was thinking of replacing it for the OTC. thanks, Rich.

  10. Oscar with the 03' Silverado(Codes P0171 , P0174):: Check all the things Eric said to do, but if that doesn't work check the Mass Air Sensor(clean with Mass air cleaner) or the fuel pressure is low. I find this all the time on Silverado/Tahoe/Suburban with these engines.

  11. I have a Windstar 2002 whose gauges are going crazy. Lights, blinkers doorlocks & windows intermittently working. Battery dies if left connected. Replaced alternator & battery. All fuses look good. Please help, I'm stumped.

  12. hi eric i have a 03 civic i removed the aftermarket alarm because it disabled my car

  14. Hey Eric I have an chevy impala2000v6 and I appreciate you tell how to change a right side axe on a front wheel drive that it's rattling when accelerate and make a noise

  15. if you ever spill brake fluid a handy tip is to use straight water and flush off the surface (use plenty). brake fluid is hygroscopic. look it up people.(brain failing to remember trade school class 6 months ago).

  16. the mcm (mightycarmods) guys did a couple of mods to a subaru liberty wagon and they claimed the mods appied to this vehicle not only increased the power but also made the vehicle more fuel economical.)better mileage) , is this possible for all cars? i'm pretty sure all they did was exhaust, bigger turbo and ECU flash. what are your thought on this?

  17. hey eric! what do you think of the jdm transmissions for the 98-02 honda accords? can they be reliable? i know remanufactured units correct the problem to an extent but now that i am at 162000 miles on my car with the factory unit, i want to be prepared for the failure whether it be tomorrow or at 200k miles or whichever. or should i look into a remanufactured unit instead? i found a remanufactured one that was real nice but was just a thought if JDM's can be reliable considering they are considerably cheaper.

  18. In the winter your car runs in open loop mode longer, sometimes much longer and it has a pretty negative effect on mileage. When its below 0, even as your driving down the road your fuel economy can be significantly worse.
