Of course hes not getting out. Prisioners have to work dont they? If They let them go, there goes their free labor. Not to mention jails get paid every month per inmate…They will do what ever they can to keep him there as long as possible..

Drug court can take months to get in to. Had some friends back in WV that sat in jail for almost a year waiting. Shit sucks Joe! Prayers 4 Dave
Hang in there Dave. If anyone else gives a shit please keep your fingers crossed for me too. Sentencing Tuesday for bullshit charges, hopefully just gonna get 6 months (serve 3). The system is fucked, I wish we had the first amendment in the UK! Peace to all APS army, love y'all 🙂

They shouldn't be able to hold you in jail prior to being convicted because if you are found not guilty they will have punished you for no reason. Or if they find you not guilty they should be required to pay you like $50 000 per month you were held in jail.
He must have waved his right to a speedy trial! Unless Va is different than Oh!? Here they can't make you wait over a month I believe or it's thrown out! I know this is an old video but I'm still playing catch up on some of your older ones!
