  1. I've had my Galaxy S6 Edge since August 1st 2015, and its still going strong. Still fast on virtually everything from web browsing, youtubing, and HD streaming. Battery life has always been average at best, but thats ok. Fast charge helps offset that a bit. As with any handset, the more intense it is used, the longer its used, tge quicker the battery drains.

Fingerprint sensor seems a touch off sometimes, get a few issues here and there with print recognition, but not too bad, especially for a now "older" device.

Still quick and smooth navigating throughout tge phone. No lag or hiccups. And of course I use a third party launcher and icon packs over what touchwiz provides, and this phone runs the launcher and renders the icon packs well.

One tging that was a bit of a bummer is the lack of a microSD slot. I have the 32 GB model, and even with modest picture taking, videos, and app downloads, its still used up a lot of that space. A microSD would have been handy here, but guven the design at the time, i can see why they had to forego the storage card slot.

Its also rather tough. I protected it like a baby while it was still under payment, butvive since took it out of the case, as i feel that unfortunately masks the pleasant aesthetic shell. I just love watching that black marble/midnight blue shine. I've dropped it on my driveway gravel several times, and thought for sure i had busted the screen, especially on the last drop wgere it hit face furst and slid like water across the gravel. But to my surprise, no scratches or cracks.

Call quality is good and crisp, i can hear the other person well, and they can hear me clearly too.

Text messaging is good, i use verizon message+ for my texting, and it runs like a charm.

Overall it is holding up very well, and I'm sure one could find it at a respectable price somewhere now. It's build quality, call quality, excellent display and great phito taking leave me to grade it at a 9/10. The lone knock being lack of removeable storeage.

  2. My battery on my S6 has gotten much better after some update few months ago. Not sure which one. But this is the only phone that has lasted me so long. I got it on release day

  3. idk what everyone is talking about I still have s6 edge and let me tell you it IS the slowest phone EVER. I press the power button and 30 seconds later it turns on

  4. S6 or Honor 8? I have a 400 Euro budget and both cost the same, but while I want the Topaz blue color, an uncolored frame and a great screen, I want expandable storage, USB C and the back button on the left… many choices, little time

  5. I currently have a Black Sapphire SAMSUNG Galaxy S6 edge via T – Mobile, and I LOVE it. . . I also like the regular Galaxy S6, so I ordered one in the same color one day, last week. My Tracking Information says that it was delivered shortly after I left for work.
