  1. People die every day in car crashes but when a google car has an accident at 10mph everybody loses their minds o.O. These cars represent the future. They are not drunk, sad, talking on the phone or speeding. Keep that in mind:)

  2. Many propel think that it was the Google Car that caused the crash. No, it wasn't, it was the bus drivers fault. Omg… No they are not attacking at all.

  3. I have a feeling that Google is going to ditch material design in Android N in most of its design elements

  4. The main issue with a smart driving car is all computers go bad eventually, and at least in my experience it is not as easy to tell that computer hardware is going bad as it is to tell if a mechanical decice such as brakes is going bad, and in the case of the smart driving car when this happens it is most likely going to crash or if it has the ability for a human to drive as a failsafe, this human is going to have to react quickly.

  5. I agree with you, Jayce. I was recently bumped from behind by a teenager texting and driving. When we pull over the first words out of her mouth are "Can we make this quick because I have an appointment". I would trust the google car over this driver any day.

  6. Oppo's claim is impossible unless they invent a new battery chemistry. No matter what electronics technology they invent, it will still be impossible to charge beyond 85% super fast. The only way I can think of succeeding this stunt is by installing a high capacity battery, advertise a smaller capacity than it actually is and make a charging circuitry that will skip the constant voltage phase of charging. And at the end of constant current phase of charging it will stop charging and claim 100% charged.

  7. Tell me a phone has a battery that lasts for several days of heavy usage and then i will be impressed. Fast charge is pretty dope though.

  8. Yeah because thousands of humans dont get killed in driving accidents everyday while humans drive. so lets not trust computers since the bus driver was also so perfect and it wasnt his mistake whatsoever! omg!!!

  9. I am sorry but I hate those cars, for people like me that love cars and love driving that is the worst, I just cant feel safe inside a self driving car. But that isnt the reason why I dont like them, it is that I love to drive, not to be driven. It is like if phones did everything for you, or games were just cinematics and you could not change anything. The car comunnity is afraid of people wanting to get self-driving cars and make them obligatory.

  10. if they can guarantee me with a battery that can go for 48hours then i will be impressed, but 15min to charge a battery, is cool but doesn't solve my problem

  11. Im all for self driving cars! The more we invest in it the faster we will integrate the technology with society and have safer travels and customized roads for them!
