Cool kit
$700?!?! Just grab a honda motor from the junkyard for a fraction of that, and you wouldn't have to try and explain all the missing info about modern engines.
as a 3UZ-FE driver, I approve of this engine (although it's crossplane)
I built the "Visible V8" by Renwal wa-a-a-ay back in the days of my childhood. It is still "running", and sits on my basement workbench. Putting that together was challenging but so enlightening.
This looks like it would be a very wild sounding engine in real life. Flat plane crank and what might be a 72 degree Vee. The straight pipes make me think of the early Can-Am cars. And we'd have to sort out those "cranked" connecting rods … 😎
I wish id had something like this when I was young.
Sweet video. In depth and very educational to roughly how motors work normally works. Eric awesome job.
This video brings me back to the old school video you made, basically this same video but with a Honda D series.
thank you Eric. — I learned a lot. — and I thought I knew a lot
You have to be kidding, $700 dollars?
I have known many things, but have learned others, thanks 😊
I wanted one until I saw the price…
👍👍👍
I have wanted to buy that too!
Thank you for building that. My daughter is going to automotive School. She is watching this telling me what everything is and what it does. I love it.
The main reason I have been a sub for so long is the educational vids like this. Not just throwing it together and that’s the video. Taking the time to explain all the components in reality. Thanks for your time and effort Eric!
$600- and no oil pump? Oh, the horror. Also note, no water jackets. Or carb/fuel system.
Great video and great explanation on its assembly!
I would assume that most people that have the intelligence to assemble such an assembly would also be aware that change "stretch" is just an easy way to say that the wear has made it longer, like it "stretched", but no actual "stretch" occurs.
EXCELLENT DETAILS ON EVERYTHING!
so whats with the Alternator motor? if it uses the start to actually move the model motor?
I’ve been thinking of getting one of these.
Tiny engine! Cute and funny! I like this! Very informative. Tells me a lot of stuff I never knew!! Thanks so much dear sir. ☺️
Cool kit,Eric!

Such a cool model!
Ive Seen these really expensive
Your videos are always so heartfelt and profound! Thank you for your creativity and your ability to touch the hearts of your viewers!🤩🌎🟩
Great video. Thank you!!!
Looks like your typical pot metal "Chinesium" product… They could probably make a profit selling it for $200 or less, but sellers realized that American gear heads will pay significantly more, so there's something of a feeding-frenzy on eBay with sellers trying to cash in by selling this product at wildly inflated prices… Just look at the packaging material holding all the parts… super cheap!
Well good morning Eric 🌄 now this is cool 😎👍
Next week, we’ll build a model airplane!
This is soo cool!
Awesome awesome awesome ❤❤
Good job man
Eric,we miss you MAN 😢😢
LOVE FROM Algeria 🇩🇿
Just saw the link you posted for this kit!! They used those exact same pics for theirs! They scammed me out of $50 for which I was suppose to get that exact same one! Eric, they even had the same name “teching”, are you sure this company isn’t a scam?
Do they make a shitty one so I can learn the basics of my ecoboost?
This is so funny you just posted this! I bought one off of Instagram and it was a pure scam! They mailed me some garbage clay shit that looks like it was made by a third grader!! So sad cause I was wanting to build this with my seven year old son… waste of $50 too. They won’t even refund my money!! Anyways, where can I buy this one so I can make this with my son?
❓ Where can i get one
Will you be using synthetic or conventional oil😅
Great overview of how an engine works. Thanks for explaining the differences between this model and how a real engine is configured and works. (I enjoy hearing you explain things since you have such a clear and calming voice.)
Very cool, thanks!!
Very cool miniature engine and build 🙂
Enjoyed it! Been missing the longer videos thank you!
One of my first subscriptions on YouTube oh so long ago. Always good to see an upload from this channel 😊
