The Takata airbag fiasco has been in the news for a while now, but there are STILL 85 million air bags that haven’t been recalled in trucks and cars across the US. There are already 28.5 million in line to be replaced so all in all that’s a total of 114 MILLION recalled airbags.

You see Takata never NEVER fixed the problem and for years since 1995 used a chemical Ammonia Nitrate instead of Sodium nitrate – And this will affect the entire world of any car or any vehicle with air bags made by takata.
All takata did for the fix was put a desiccant bag in with the continuation of using the Ammonia nitrate charge and NOT Going back to the original charge of Sodium nitrate. SO Need I say more…
I hate to say this but Takata is as of 2017 out of business and thank god BANKRUPT – but still this problem will exist for years to come/ If you need proof – Look to the report done by 60 minutes here on youtube and the engineers who blew the whistle will clarify what takata covered up,,,…
