Should I mod my first car? I'm currently 16, starting lessons soon. Car I've got my mind set on is a MK7 Ford Fiesta, presumably a 1L or 1.2L, currently the car is worth £3-£5K second hand. I was thinking if I was going to mod it to keep it stock the first year of owning it to get past the insurance, then modding it the second year. I've already calculated the price of 17" Rota Grids, A K&N Pod Air Filter and some coilovers. Keep in mind I'm in the UK, so we don't get as much leniency as you guys do in the US.
