  1. i normally remove all the plugs, open the throttle wide open, squirt a little bit of oil in the cylinder and just crank until the needle stops on each. it would be nice to have a warm engine, but not nice to burn your d!ck skinners on a warm engine.😕 great video guys

  2. I have a 92 3000gt non turbo in a Stealth, I recently had the engine rebuilt about 2 years ago, and ever since it seems to burn oil ! I did a full comprssion check and all the cylinders show 185 which are at spec? Any ideas Ty

If you want to make sure that engines going to last make sure you replace the timing belt tensioner they have been known to fail it happened to me with my Dodge Stealth drove a valve through the number 5 piston never rebuild an engine before in my life learned on that one the six g72 and your best to pick up a Gates blue racing timing belt I would suggest buying the more expensive hydraulic tensioner and test it before you put it in to make sure it has the proper tension some of the knock-offs fail also. That is the one sure way to make sure that that engine hangs in there

  4. I would strongly suggest doing the timing on the VR4, these engines are an interference engine and can have serious engine failure if the timing belt snaps

    Also, the ECM is prone to failure on these, the resistors are known for leaking and shorting out the boards
