On this episode of Classic Trucks!, hosts Mel Fair and Stacey David cut old rusty rocker panels out of a ’66 Chevy truck, and show you how to save money and a trip to the shop by welding in your own rocker panels and fender extensions. After that, the guys make a trip to Tellico to take on some downright dangerous and hardcore 4×4 trails. Once back at the shop, they show you how to dress up your own SUV with fancy woodgrain inlays.

  1. Thanks for posting these videos…my youngest son and I would pile up in our king size bed and watch all the shows on Sunday…I worked 80 hours a week most weeks and Sunday was my only day off…after the shows were over, we'd get out the mountain bikes and rip out a few miles…he went in the Army at 17 and was KIA 11 May 2k6…18 years old…man I miss that boy…these videos and some bring back some great memories…y'all be good or be good at it…ďã wõõķìëë…

  2. Recycling old footage.. That was some seriously shitty work on that rocker and fender. I'd be ashamed to have it done that way on my daily driver, let alone my hotrod. SD knows how to do good work. I've seen him do it.
