  1. Man this brought back memories. I had an 87 IROC wayyyyyyyy back in 91 when I was 21!

I'd be rockin' Motley Crue cruising up and down. Good Times!

  2. You Should of Put Stock Front Seats and you should of Reskin the Front Seats And you should of put the TIP Tunport 350 intake and The frame Need to be Reinforce the Eng has to much power And no NOS Tank the is No Good!!!!

  3. I loved this build except for you guys replacing the entire interior, finding mildew and realizing the T-tops are leaking…..and doing nothing to fix the problem, lol.

  4. The mullet joke is overblown. Take it from someone that grew up in the 80s and even owned an iroc…. I knew no one, including myself that wore a mullet. This is a myth that will not die.

  5. Turtle Wax Hard Shine & tire clear wax is what I use…. my IROC glistens always 👀👍 as for rags I use a soft royal cannon thick towel to buff the shine by hand… you really don’t need a lot of expensive tools for a great glossy shine👍

  6. I used to work in a car detailing center and used Megwires 3 step polishes. Messy and a pain ti remove when dried. We also used a quick desolve solution that would polish and remove a dead layer of finish just by applying it and a few minutes later wipe it off. I'm not sure what kind of voodoo it was but it was based on a urethane solution that basically melted the loose dried surface. I call it cheating but damn did it ever work well and no buffing. Saved time and hard work. We only offered it as a quick solution and charged less ovbiously. If I remember correcrly it did not last as long as a polishing methode. Probably would last if a carnuba wax was applied.

I was watching this guy in the video use the polishing buffer and he was a pro at it. Using the weight of the polisher to apply the rubbing and not pushing on it plus keep moving.

  7. Damn they should of just painted with something from summin anything is better then that uglyass yellow. That's would've of looked good when it left the factory.

  8. My old man went though his "Mid Life crisis" back in 1988. He went out and bought a 89' IROC brand new off the dealership floor … Candy apple Red with Black and dark grey interior fully loaded. I was 13 years old and it was the first car I learned to drive! It was the ultimate at that age!! LOL
