The car have SJV LOOK
I bet the weave showing through is due to the vacuum bagging. I’ve said it before it’s an unnecessary step and causing issues again
Much love B is for Build ❤
Unique, just don't like it.
Holy cow this car just gets better and better! I like the rear view camera idea. Honestly, I hope you don't restore it back to factory.
Crashielago slowly but surely becoming Restoielago.
Triangular mount & camera.
Looking good 👍
This whole Mad Max thing is getting old
Mirrors should be cameras. Then have a little screen by the door.
I love the look Chris and team, keep it going!
kit looks MEAN on the car, Chris!
I'm not liking the direction your going with this project. I'd rather you make a clean car and not this stupid cyberpunk crap. God knows you've lost your direction on this one.
Hahaha, adding that battle damage to the rear quarter was perfect.
How about honda fit spoon mirrors?
its not stunning
How about cameras for your side….nevermind, you just said it
Get rid of the mirrors, use side view cameras with a small screen inside.
BMW M3 style mirrors for a 88-98 chevy truck
You should do cameras for side mirrors. Oh – you just said that as I was typing 😆
Consider Harley Davidson mirrors
Sorry I was into this build until you started into the "rat rod" theme. I'll check back when it's finished.
15:17 That's a large turbo.
That car needs the same mirrors the Bumble Bee camaro had in the first transformer movie. They would be perfect. I cant show you a picture here but i have one if you can contact me.
Need to use a finer fiberglass, like for surfboards on the first layer to prevent patterning in the gel coat
This is so cool to watch. I work in QA for manufacturing machine shop, paint, weld and assembly. Mostly military nothing automotive but this is so cool to me.
Couple slugs after the paint was done would have worked better
For the last 5 years this is the first build that I didn't understand 😊
Mass projectile holes look very different on a woven material like fiberglass vs metal.
Get in touch with the guys from project jigsaw they can make almost any metal panel they have an awesome build that shows their skills
3:37 James Sunderland but he's cool
Really enjoying this build. You're not trying to make it perfect, but using what ya got with special touches! I dig it. Can't remember if you said paint or wrap, but this looks like a wraps worst nightmare! Curious to see how it goes.
looking amazing.
17:25 Okay Chris, how many weeks do you have til SEMA? 2-3? – how do you have the priorities, to go to a gun range to shoot a panel ans create another whole design aspect – when the right front fender PLUS Headlights are still missing?! I've watched your channel since 5 or 6 years now and EVERY time your timeline towards SEMA was unrealistic and immensly stressful, – starting to experiment with headlight design? Dude, for the lights alone this process has to start at least 6-8 weeks out. And in general – you cannot throw a SEMA car together in a total of 8 weeks. Especially not a crashed one AND with a widebody cyberpunk-redesign. I don't get it. Every year: "8 weeks to SEMA – let's start!" 🤯🤯🥴
Why not have camera to replace the mirrors?
Your vision in builds always cpmes together so ill trust that the apocalypse theme works out. Just seems like you'd come so far with making your own body panels and then you went away from a clean build because you needed a door skin and quarter you could jave made.
Why not 3d print your own mirrors?
What happened to your paint booth you built?
the mirrors from the 2014 need for speed mustang would be sweet
o sádico dos rebites… meu deus
I build boats for a living or extended or make wide.. anything that’s made of fiberglass ❤❤
I’m a fiber glass master..
What exactly is going on here just riveting sheet metal to cover dents? This is even a step down for b is for build
