  1. Man I love it when you guys build these rangers this is gonna be such a sweet truck I would love to see you do a really awesome off-road ranger with front and rear lockers

  2. That IRS is giving me flashback nightmares! I had to reseal the leaking diff b/c of wheel hop on my 03.. it’s a 30min job on a SRA mustang on a cobra it’s a total pain in the ass, took me all weekend with 2 jack stands an 1 floor jack dropping the whole pumpkin & breaking half the suspension lose

  3. I think your trucks are underrated, a Mazda like Rolling Thunder is rated way more than half a ton unbraked with the standard motor here

  4. Nope. Never the 5.4. The worst V8 engine Ford has ever produced.
The bully dog looks like a solid unit, but I went with the SCT tuner on my 3.5 gtdi. Pulls like a fcking mule on the 93 octane tune ( 149 hp gain at the crank, and comparable torque #’s) , and it saves the factory tune for “warranty” work. This bone stock truck runs times like a stock mustang GT, near 14 flat in the 1/4.
That being said, if I had to do it over again, I’d bite the bullet, spend the cash, and go for the banks I-dash with all the accessories.

  5. The front suspension are decent. Once they are lowered and a Explorer front swaybar which is double in thickness and narrower then the stock one and will attach to the original locations.

  6. @2m50s: Note the use of an HDMI cable. Clever, if a bit funny. Could have been designed to use an interface with fewer wires (four is plenty) and a thinner cable.

  7. Skip to minute marker 11:00 where they actually begin talking about the subject of this Youtube's title
Edit: Did I miss something? If you blink at 16:09, the episode goes from a Chassis on jack stands with the host talking about their plans; to just a few seconds later and the truck is completely done. So this Youtube vid is pretty much worthless, unless your interested in the first 11 minutes on how to tune your trucks ECM for towing.
