My friend the “Car Destroyer” needed a new car after selling his 2008 Mercedes S550 to Carmax. I agreed to find him something a lot more basic and rugged. My first and only thought was a used Jeep Wrangler. In this video we see two Jeep Wranglers. One is Nice and one is not. He buys the nice one. I just bought my grandpa’s 2001 wrangler Sahara with manual trans at 38k miles. It’s been garage kept it’s whole life in Southern California and has tons of professional work done to it. I will never sell it.
way old video for sure, but that frame is NOT new, has patches welded into it, and I must say the welding is not that great. Nice jeep though

On the second wrangler, I’m trying my hardest to fight a mount to put my LEDS on the tail lights. Do you know where the owner got that mount for that tail light?

Bought mine a few months ago. Absolute beast and love it to death. Frames clean, but I’ve had to do some maintenance and there’s other bits of rust out and about the tub 😂

Easy to see why those jeeps hold value! The industry is a mixed joke making people over work for parts and some are not even parts you asked for our need! Being positive here, trust me! So when you have an old reliable vehical with minimal electronics and things to go wrong with it, you will appreate that after fixing other vehicals in drive ways time and time again or selling your jeep because of false information! Nice to see your review is honest! Of course if your not a welder you want to buy a jeep like this where everything is already done! And the electronics, if you have a 2000 or 2002 you can modify the dash to fit a double din head unit to match the new jeeps and you won't even know the vehical was 19 years old. Jeeps give that freedom without drastically changing what works! They hold value and also make it affordable, the only issues I noticed was ordering parts that "yes" are available, and the stores being all weird with non sence when buying a part should be as simple as I HAVE MONEY! YOU HAVE MY PART! THANK YOU! HAVE A NICE DAY!
Frame wasn't replaced. just professionally patched and painted not the same. Still a decent jeep tho
I bought a 2003 Jeep TJ for $4500 and put in a new transmission with 66k miles and undercoated it myself and its insane I love my Jeep and will never sell it

Hate to tell you this but your frame was repaired not replaced.
I have been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for a few months I can’t spend more then 4K on it and I am looking for one with less then 125,000 miles it’s been so hard to find bc I know that’s a hard thing to find. if anyone has any good websites that are not fake let me know I am tired of getting my hopes up over fakes.

Yeah that's not a whole lot of miles for that for leader that's a good motor but for your information that frame is not new it is a do-over it has been welded over you can see it okay but that's cool that's perfectly fine do you know how much trouble it is to put a new frame under a vehicle they definitely ain't doing it with a old Wrangler
I love Jeep Wranglers. Used to drive a YJ then a TJ for work back in the late 90’s. Liked the YJ the most. I want to trade my 03 4Runner Sport for a 94 or 95 YJ w/ 6cyl & 5 spd manual. Would love to custom out the dash to look like a CJ7. The wife likes the comfort of the 4Runner and is NOT on board. Crap! 😡
I’m also tired of the total reliability of my Runner. Other than basic maintenance there’s nothing ever to do! Gotta have a good project to keep a man busy and away from the woman. Best marital survival strategy I’ve discovered.
