Wont having everything on one side not be ideal like you have it. I would of put surge tank,battery on passenger side to help ballast the drives weight
Can't the fuel system surge and all be maintained in rear tank, fighter aircraft fuel systems operate that way?

Y'all should probably build some sort of shield to go around that surge tank seeing how it is so close to the battery. Try to protect it from any impacts or contain it if the car ever gets hit on the driver side or rear.
