My cheap Turbo Diesel Mercedes was delivered to me with a few issues. One major problem was that it didn’t produce any boost pressure. In this video, we start to fix up the 2005 E320 CDI and I restore all 17 psi of boost with about 10 minutes of work and for basically no money. I also found some more interesting paperwork in the car. This time it made me think that maybe this car was so cheap because it needed a new turbo. Next video we are adding, even more, boost with a custom tune!

Codes to look out for are any that have to do with the position sensor faults with the M55 inlet port shutoff motor. I was getting a 2513-1 on my Launch scanner.
