The horsepower curve never leveled out. These engines can safely turn 9K RPM. It would have been nice to see where it topped out with a few more revs.
Knock sensors have to be going crazy on pump gas. Those engines won’t live long with that kind of timing on pump 93.
I'm gone until the Kamala advertisements are over. I come here for factual information and all she does is lie and cackle.
This is my favorite build they have done!
Junk 460 all day long
No way 460 all day long
I would like to see a fusion of the Godzilla motor with a werewolf motor. Call Mechawolf. Cast iron block with aluminum racing heads upper parts 7.3 l Ford. just make it a little different make it to 7 l. That'll be all kinds of potential.
Overspray in the head at 14.06?
Guy who sold you the engine: "Can I have my engine back please?"
Whew that's gotta be a $20K pallet of parts
Holley engine management is very nice for those 2024s that are not tunable yet,….
Wonder what the fuel octane was on the 1000 hp pull?
i got a 2024 GT Performance 6M a couple months ago and can't wait to get the Ford Performance supercharger soon. 1,000hp is insane
Something to love about the old pushrod V8, It was simple enough to work on and is not being miles long with all the timing chains. Also the longer the chain the more stretch more maintenance. Coyote and maintenance services are gonna be allot more than a conventional pushrod engine. We got a 4.6 blown at 200,000 miles and was driven nice supposedly and a conventional v8 is probably going to smoke before a major rebuild and a timing chain replacement. Id say a new timing chain at maintenance schedule but who does that in this world, Maybe me but not the avg person i gotta say. Healthy wallets and a maintenance schedule.
Where do all these finished motors end up? Product site?
That’s a Ford motor.
TUNNEL RAM!
Do a TUNNEL RAM
What about all the gaskets you were suppose to Put on ? lol
I'm really impressed with my GEN 3 coyote in my 2020 F-150. FBO, heads/cams it made 561rwhp all motor at 8500rpm.
I know this is old but do you think I could get that when you’re done with it?
Not everyone wants a Coyote for racing. For me, I want a more responsive 2002 Mustang GT. It's either a Coyote or a supercharger – supercharger would be cheaper.
Can we send my truck to you guys 🙏
Could you give a cost breakdown?
Why use a coyote if you’re gonna take away what makes it special? Coyote without variable cam timing is a waste. Should have just used a 5.4
