Time to put some real lip stick on this ol’ gal! I’m installing a Holley Sniper X-Flow and MSD Ignition in the 1972 Chevelle known as “Independence”. This will provide plenty of power, room to grow, and most importantly keep the Procharged Big Block Chevy SAFE (Until… tire fires). I’ll walk you fellers through the setup, which was really easy, actually.

I have a street car with a 427bbc, is the Sniper2 enough or should I go with the Terminator Stealth which has the remote mounted HP ecu? On Carb I'm making around 550hp. Seems like there are a ton of people who still have issues with the sniper stuff.
writing documentation is an art, I have done quite a bit of it…….
Did I tell you about the time my father in law put in an aftermarket cruise control in his garage. He restored a c10 with a 454. We took it for a cruise to the store in the next town. He hit the cruise and the set button, the go pedal went to the floor. Not sure how many people have done a tire burning burnout at 55 miles per hour, we got it turn off some how. We unplugged the cruise and went home, we never made it to the store. Thanks for sharing.
What is this on my 1987 GMC Pickup that Cice Geip Garage inspired me to buy and restore ?
My cousin put that efi system into a Scamp, it's such a twist in the mind, a classic with modern computer stuff. Wicked cool and runs so so so sweet.
That commentary at about 9:45:
“It’s professional, right?” 🤣🤣🤣
Sounds like me mumbling to myself.
I just stared my install. I don't seem to have a tach output on my sniper? Did I miss something.
Big credit my friend. If I had a car.. it’s because of you, that I would have the confidence to do it!
Great video. I may up grade myself to one of these. I would really like to know what headers fit in a 68 chevelle big block with out having to go to therapy to figure it out. 2 1/2 primary and 3 1/2 collectors
I’ve been a mechanic for 50 years or longer. I learned a lot from my father by just watching him and it’s crazy but you could still learn. Thanks Derick. Oh yeah you’re comedy is hilarious also.
Burnouts are worthless. Once you've seen one you've seen them all. Making a neglected old Classic vehicle beautiful again is a great cause.
Hey fella, I have a question. I have a 95 C 1500. The 262 Vortec locked up , spun main bearing. Anyhoot, I dropped a csb in her and the tach is reading 1k higher. Do you have a suggestion on how I can recalibrate the tach other than changing out the cluster. By the way love your channel. Been watching since the beginning. 🍻
😁
new country music comment at 18:15. ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Great, Informational video on a fairly technical install….. Made simple!!
Thanks Derek!
VG, the 57 210 4 door in your intro video, Canyon Coral/ Indian ivory car. I had one with factory 283 4 barrel carb, 3 speed on the tree with Overdrive in the Dash ,charcoal and ivory was original interior, the car had OLD body damage/ancient repairs to RR quarter panel, I sold the car in early 90’s . Would be interesting to see if that could be our old car.. car was in Arizona until I rescued her from the desert,to bring her to the Rust belt… LOL..
THIS ISNT HAIRSPRAY THEMUSICAL.
It was funny seeing the nice matierials and extra nice work and then the rotted out rocker comes into frame haha. SLEEPER
Amazing how simple this is. Great video as always!
Would you just look at a guy? Playin with digicals and EFI, digital dashboards and weight additions, hell he even put a whole ass new brake system with clean and new fluid?! Lol

Your a good dude … But I have a real life personal beef with Ford …
Sure, wires and stuff – that's my brother's job.
Digical time! Haha love it! 😎
Thanks for this video. I may have to go with this on the AMC Hornet X running a SBC 383!!
Hey Derek ! Happy New Year to you and your Beautiful Family ! Just succulating on this video of this just amazing and i think soon to be Legendary Car, that you named Independence ! Truth is that you did not find that car, She found you ! We the People….. Love what you do…..its just so Important, maybe you know already it seems ??
Dang it man you have messed up a fellows world because I can't get anything done from watching your videos
"but hey, maybe it's been 2 minutes" LOL This cracked me up.
I'm from the future. DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE REV LIMITER. You end up blowing the motor by giving it all the thunder. You're welcome.
It’s been a minute, that’s what got me
Turbo 400 transmission for the win
Tach is important! When I had done mine, I had my tach hooked to my “tach” wire from my billet HEI, and that was incorrect. Thought I had a faulty unit and almost sent it back
cough syrup and a shot of Bourbon every hour….LOL…"Old Core-support was worse than new country music"
Maybe a guy so fancy with the dijicals might want to hide the keys from the wife ,you know how they love to bleep bloop that kinda stuff.
Ain't never gonna work!!!
Can confirm the Sniper EFI is awesomely simple. Took me and a couple friends and afternoon to drop a kit into a 400 big block Bronco and run a new fuel system. Thing was an absolute pleasure to install.
Button clicked 👍🏼

Dijicals are like math to me. Makes my hair hurt. Thank goodness my son is an absolute dijical wizard. A guy really relies on him. He's the guy who introduced your channel to me, a feller guesses he did a pretty good job raisin' him. Nope…that was the wife. I just didn't mess him up too much.
