  1. This had to be soooo three years ago because Ford quit making the computer powerpack necessary to run that engine some time ago…and there aren't a hell of a lot of businesses that stepped in to fill the void since then.

  2. Do we have a video of this motor running yet? Im curious if it can sound good, even with straight pipes. This could be a great space saver swap, if it sounds good, the power is there for sure.

  3. Nothing beats that Eco boost V6 those things are bulletproof! Anyone bad mouthing them obviously doesn't know how to take care of an engine because if you take care of these things they will last forever!!! 💓. Extremely powerful just like the old Buick grand national V6 engines

  4. nice job but i wish the metal between the two outer plates was thicker… it looked like sheet metal… if I was doing this i probably would have started with stock mounts and modified them but thats what I would have done.

  5. I love all the powernation stuff, it's great content, and very helpful. Guys, it's 2021, and nobody talks with this type of voice inflection anymore.

  6. 12:45 Suggestion. By stopping the gusset strait across you have created a focused stress point. It may be something that could take years to show up or maybe the very first time you really romp on the engine. I would suggest that you taper the gusset so that the stress is distributed. Just like using a fish plate on the frame. Great project.

  7. Great work on the motor mounts. Keep in mind that ANY of the Brake cleaning products should not be used for welding. They all have chemicals such as Methylene Chloride, etc., that will react to heat and uv from welding. Only Acetone or Alchohol should be used to clean the metal before welding.

  8. Go ahead and cut a hole in the firewall behind the passenger side head. That way when the vacuum pump on the back of the head starts leaking oil, you will have access to it.

  9. LS would have been cheaper, more power, more reliable, and sound a hell of a lot better. Hell, even a Coyote engine, even though it makes me throw up in my mouth to say that…
